Answer: Our e-learning system is a platform that offers a wide range of courses and educational content around the topic of accessibility. It allows users to access interactive lessons, quizzes, and assessments online.

Question: Is it free to use this system?

Answer: Yes, signing up and accessing some of the basic ARK articles and content is free. However, course modules, and premium content, may require a subscription or one-time payment.


Question: How do I enroll in a course?

Answer: Please contact us via the feedback form, and we will explain the setup process and costs. Alternatively, you can sign up by contacting us directly at team@digitalaccessibilitytraining.org


Question: Can I access the courses on mobile devices?

Answer: Yes, our e-learning system is mobile-friendly. You can access the platform and take courses on your smartphone or tablet using a web browser. The ARK toolkit is also available via our dedicated mobile app on iOS and Android.


Question: Can I download course materials for offline use?

Answer: No, unfortunately the course content does not allow downloading of materials for offline access.


Question: How can I track my progress in a course?

Answer: The e-learning system automatically tracks your progress through each course. You can view your completion status, quiz scores, and achievements on your dashboard.


Question: What should I do if I encounter technical issues?

Question: Are certificates provided upon course completion?

Answer: Yes, upon successfully completing a course, you will receive a certificate of completion that you can download and share.


Question: Are the courses self-paced or time-restricted?

Answer: All of our courses are self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own speed. However, your subscription will last for a 12 month period, so if you do not complete in this time then you can purchase another 12 month access.


Question: Can I switch to a different course after enrolling in one?

Answer: Yes, you can switch to a different course at any time. If you want to change courses, please contact your company administrator or contact us via our feedback form to request costs.


Question: I want to update my email address

Answer: Please contact us via the feedback form, and we will explain the setup process and costs. Alternatively, you can sign up by contacting us directly at team@digitalaccessibilitytraining.org


Question: I cannot log in. It states my username or password is incorrect.

Answer: Please contact us via the feedback form, and we will be able to assist with your account login. Alternatively, you can click on ‘Rest password’ at the login screen.


Question: I want to change my password. How do I do this?

Question: My eLearning license is not correct, what do I do?

Answer: Please contact us via the feedback form, and we will be able to assist with this. Alternatively, you can get in touch by contacting us directly at team@digitalaccessibilitytraining.org. We will then be able to look at your specific license and adjust accordingly.
