What is ARIA?
ARIA stands for "Accessible Rich Internet Applications." It is a set of web accessibility guidelines and techniques developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The primary purpose of ARIA is to make web content and applications more accessible to people with impairments, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers or voice recognition software.
